With extensive hands-on experience across various facets of iGaming, he has expertly guided the company’s rapid growth, establishing Playson as a leading industry supplier. Ivan’s deep understanding of legal and regulatory landscapes has been crucial in navigating compliance complexities, ensuring that Playson consistently meets the highest industry standards. As a trusted counselor, Ivan provides strategic guidance on legal challenges and optimizing business practices within regulated markets.

Having been with the company since day one, Alex Ivshin has played a pivotal role in Playson’s success story that started in 2012. Equipped with years of hands-on experience in various aspects of iGaming, Alex Ivshin has spearheaded the company’s rapid growth and established Playson as one of the most prominent suppliers in the iGaming industry. Since 2018, he has been a mainstay of the company’s progress as its Strategic Advisor.

As an industry visionary, Alex Ivshin is focused on the strategic guidance and direction of the company, overseeing its commercial success, and establishing fruitful partnerships across the gaming sector.

With over 15 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and Product Management, Vsevolod takes on full P&L ownership at Playson. He also leads company strategic and portfolio planning and analysis, drives sustainable growth across topline and bottomline, and is responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness with the right high performance culture. He's passionate about building high-paced agility and delivering top-notch products.  

Vsevolod holds multiple executive certificates in Strategic Planning, Product Management, and Leadership from leading business schools, as well as Master's degree in International Economy and Bachelor's degree in Law.

Combining strategic foresight with deep software acumen, Oleksii drives innovation and leads dynamic teams at Playson since 2019. Adept in harnessing emerging technologies and agile methodologies, he shapes scalable solutions that sync seamlessly with business objectives. Oleksii's commitment to technical excellence is evident in Playson's cutting-edge slots and latest in-house offerings, designed to empower partners through self-service capabilities.

Backed by over a decade of managerial expertise and certified in Architecture, Marketing, and Finance, Oleksii stands as a remarkable choice to eloquently discuss technology's role in the realm of igaming.

Tamas Kusztos is responsible for overseeing Playson’s commercial strategy, which includes the expansion of its footprint into more regulated markets around the world.

With over a decade of iGaming experience, Tamas supports the company’s ambitious growth expansion with his versatile expertise and superior leadership skills. An expert in commercial development and strategy, he plays a crucial role by setting data-driven goals for the company and delivering strong results that reinforce Playson’s presence in more than 20 regulated markets.

Felicia Andronic, with nearly 9 years of gaming industry experience and 1.5 years at Playson, leads the company’s legal department with precision. As General Counsel, she provides strategic legal advice, manages corporate governance, and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Felicia expertly negotiates and drafts complex contracts, handles risk management, and oversees intellectual property protection. Her deep expertise in corporate governance allows Playson to navigate complex legal landscapes while supporting its growth and strategic goals.

As the Director of Account Management, Michael Tadross brings a wealth of experience and a client-focused approach to the role, ensuring that the company maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with its partners. With a deep understanding of the industry and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Michael Tadross leads the Account Management team in delivering exceptional service and value to clients across the globe.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the entire account management function, ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. This involves developing and implementing strategic account plans, closely monitoring client performance, and ensuring that all touchpoints are optimized for maximum client satisfaction.

With 18 years of industry experience, including 7 years of dedicated service at the company, Blanka Homor has proven herself to be an invaluable asset as Sales Director. Blanka leads the sales team with a strategic vision and a hands-on approach, driving business growth and ensuring the company consistently exceeds revenue targets.

Blanka's expertise lies in crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and respond to evolving market conditions. She excels in identifying target markets, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets, and defining approaches for customer acquisition that deliver results.

An experienced iGaming professional, Christos has more than eight years’ experience in the online gambling industry, whilst also having acquired knowledge in the lottery, retail and land-based casino sectors.

Since joining Playson in 2018, Christos has played an important role in supporting Playson’s commercial growth, managing key accounts in Europe, LatAm, CIS and Baltic markets. In recent years, his hard work secured some major deals for the company, bringing in VIP partners such as 888 Group, BetFlag, Snai, Kaizen, OPAP, Meridianbet, and many others.

With over 6 years of experience in the gaming industry and 1.5 years at Playson, Iryna Dragulina has quickly established herself as a driving force in the company. As a leader with strategic oversight of the department, Iryna ensures that every aspect of her team's work aligns seamlessly with the company’s broader goals, translating high-level objectives into effective day-to-day operations.

Iryna’s role extends to product portfolio management, where she oversees the entire game development life cycle—from initial concept through to release. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that not only enhance product delivery but also boost team performance.

With nearly 7 years at Playson and a total of extensive experience in managing complex web platforms and e-commerce projects, Oleksandr Rudenko is the driving force behind the company’s platform development as Head of Platform. In this role, he leads the enhancement of Playson’s infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and scalability to support the company’s global expansion. Oleksandr's expertise in cloud infrastructure and API protocols has been instrumental in building robust solutions that enable Playson to meet its ambitious growth targets and expand its international footprint.

Martyna is responsible for overseeing the regulatory and technical compliance at Playson, ensuring the company’s adherence to market standards by maintaining and expanding the license portfolio, product certification, and overall market compatibility.

With a diverse background in compliance across various sectors, including banking, heavy-duty industry, and iGaming, Martyna brings a fresh perspective to problem-solving. Her ability to view challenges from multiple angles enables her to tailor solutions that align with the company's needs.

A passionate advocate for a robust compliance culture, Martyna actively promotes and sets the standard for compliance across the organization. She believes that for a company to thrive in regulated markets, every member must live and breathe compliance.

As the Head of Marketing, Oleg Profatylo brings over a decade of expertise in developing and executing complex 360° international marketing projects within the iGaming industry. With a deep understanding of global markets and a proven track record of driving brand growth, Oleg Profatylo leads the company's marketing efforts with strategic precision and creative flair.

Ruslan, boasting over seven years in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management in Tech Product companies, now spearheads Playson's People & Culture strategy.
