As our Employer Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for translating these core messages into a structured employer branding strategy in close collaboration with Head of People&Culture.

What You Will Do
Define & Develop the Employer Brand Strategy
- Craft and implement an employer branding framework to attract high-performing tech, commercial and product talent.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Event and Marketing teams to align employer brand messaging with company goals.
- Leverage tech industry best practices in employer branding, taking inspiration from companies like OpenAI, Spotify, and Netflix.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive tech & product storytelling through blogs (ex: Medium, LinkedIn), showcasing Playson's engineering excellence and product vision.
- Develop a cultural handbook that highlights our Talent + Freedom + Responsibility ethos.
- Launch and oversee an open-source initiative, encouraging tech contributions that enhance Playson's reputation in developer communities.
- Plan and execute video interviews, vlogs, and articles with employees to humanize our culture.
Build Online & Offline Presence
- Strengthen Playson's employer brand across key tech and product platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Crunchbase, Behance, etc.).
- Manage and improve employer ratings (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Represent and engage Playson in industry events, hackathons, webinars, and networking gatherings so that we create communities.
Talent Community Engagement
- Develop a network of brand ambassadors among Playson's employees, coaching them to share their experiences authentically.
- Foster relationships with tech/product communities (Dev.pro, HackerRank, Codeforces) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Track and measure employer brand success through metrics like applications, referrals, media coverage, and event-driven hiring impact.
What We Expect From You
- Proven experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or Communications, preferably in tech-driven industries.
- Deep understanding of tech talent motivations and how top-tier companies communicate their employer brand.
- Strong storytelling ability, with experience in content creation, employer branding campaigns, and community engagement.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review platforms.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to measure, track, and report on branding efforts and adjust based on insights.
- Familiarity with open-source initiatives, tech blogging, and developer-focused branding is a plus.
- Experience within the iGaming industry on building a strong Employer Brand is a great advantage.
