Key Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence & Compliance – Manage due diligence in licensed jurisdictions, ensure regulatory compliance, and assess legal risks.
- Contract Management – Draft, review, and negotiate agreements while mitigating legal risks.
- Corporate Governance & Risk – Enhance internal policies, analyze legal risks, and advise management.
- Cross-functional support – Collaborate with compliance, product, and business teams to align legal and business goals.
- Legal Monitoring – Stay updated on regulatory changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
- Ad Hoc Legal Support – Handle additional legal matters as needed.
Requirements:
- Location - Malta
- Education – Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
- Experience – minimum 3+ years post-qualification, including 2+ years in gaming.
- Strong ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal landscapes and offer practical legal solutions.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
