What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Sales and Account Directors to build and grow our commercial team.
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, proactively managing your pipeline.
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier sales and commercial talent globally, leveraging your extensive network in the iGaming industry.
- Clearly communicate Playson’s vibrant culture and values to attract the right talent.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.
Our Tools: Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob HRM, GSuite.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in iGaming environments.
- Strong network in gaming sales roles.
- Fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate+), Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Exceptional communicator and proactive problem solver.
