To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
- Proficiency in English and Romanian language
- Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a particular focus on LATAM markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
- Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively

- Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
