The role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Event & BTL Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is critical in planning, executing, and optimizing Playson’s presence at international industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in iGaming events, exceptional project management skills, and a creative approach to brand visibility.
What you’ll do
- Plan, manage, and execute Playson’s participation in major iGaming events and exhibitions (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, SBC, etc.), as well as Playson's signature Playson&Friends parties, gatherings with partners and corporate events.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, booth design and build, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Manage event-related documentation and timelines
- Negotiate with event organizers, suppliers, and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all BTL campaigns and event experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and Sales teams to align event strategy with business goals.
- Maintain a calendar of global industry events and stay informed about new opportunities and trends.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in event management and BTL marketing, preferably within the iGaming, tech, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong understanding of the global iGaming landscape, events ecosystem, and industry dynamics will be a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel.
- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong creative eye and attention to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written English
- Ability to travel frequently.
