What You’ll Build & Do:
- Lead analysis on promo tools performance, player engagement, drop timing, and volatility impact.
- Model player behavior to simulate and predict responses to different reward structures.
- Design smart bonus distribution engines based on segmentation, in-game activity, and projected uplift.
- Run continuous experimentation (A/B, MVT) to measure feature effectiveness and optimize rules.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and Spin Lab to translate insights into tangible product improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of recommendation systems for promo targeting (Free Spins, Cash Blast, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and behavior modeling (math or quantitative education preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in data science or product-facing analytics roles (preferably in gaming or B2C tech).
- Fluent in SQL and familiar with large-scale data architectures (e.g., ClickHouse, Kafka, Snowflake).
- Proficient with Python or R for modeling, simulation, and prototyping.
- Experience creating automated, data-driven systems (not just dashboards).
